I am happy to announce that I will be teaching childbirth classes at the Center for
the Childbearing Year in Ann Arbor in 2011! This will be a traditionally taught
childbirth class not a Birthing From Within class. You may see some BFW inspired
activities but that is not the focus of this class. Here is a link to the full class
overview. Here is the link to the condensed childbirth class I will be teaching there
as well. There are two other teachers at the Center so if you are looking to sign up
with me specifically make sure first before you register who will be teaching the
class.
The Center also offers other classes you might be interested such as Breastfeeding
Basics and Newborn Care 101, and has many other resources for expectant
parents.
In the future I do plan to resume teaching my Birthing From Within classes in
Oakland County and will update my website as soon as I get something together.
That likely will not be until 2012. If you have any specific requests regarding BFW,
private classes, or a group class that you or someone you know would like to host
please call me for specific pricing.
